I had to hire someone to work in my condo without meeting them first, or personally viewing the work right after. This worried me. Never fear - Artem to the rescue! He calmed my fears with his: 1. excellent communications throughout the process, 2. advance planning to ensure that time on the job would be efficient, 3. creative solution to a challenging repair, and 4. updates throughout the job, including photos, texts, and a phone call.
