I needed to have five smoke alarms hardwired into my home. As indicated by the fire department, Sergeants Electric came right out and did it the same day. I’m very pleased with the work they did and the price was reasonable for the work. I would use them again.

A pleasant experience after dealing with many contractors! Two men came in gave us a quote on what we asked for, nothing less, nothing more! The price was in the middle of our estimates, but what sold us was their guys. Extremely polite, not pushy or aggressive. We could understand their language, so that wasn’t an issue either. They started and finished our job that same day after running to get all the materials they’d need. Clean cut, well spoken and knowledgeable about their jobs and what they needed to do to complete our job. Left everything spotless, and looking fabulous right down to the caulking around the hole they drilled. Highly recommend, and will use them for all future electrical work we need done.

I was beginning to wonder if thumbtack was a joke. I couldn't get anyone to respond or they didn't show up. Finally, i found a company that was professional and kept their promise. Sgt. Nicely and Austin fixed my lights and installed my ceiling fan. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and did an excellent job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always given up front so the customers feel comfortable on the investment into their home
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always give a half hour call before arriving, we then would go over the needs of the client, and then upon approval of the work, we would begin the installation/repair. We put strong emphasis on communication with our clients throughout the entire process to insure no mistakes are made.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed in the state of FL as a master electrician. I also am certified by Cutler hammer, Generac, and have ran around 8,000 residential service calls.
