- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're priced as a premium painter, not the cheapest bid in town. Estimates are free. Most jobs come with Good, Better and Gulf Standard options so you can pick the level that fits. Your proposal spells out exactly what's included so there are no surprise add-ons. 50% deposit locks in your start date, balance when the job is done and you're happy with it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You send a message, we set up a time to come out. I walk the property with you, measure, go over colors and what you want done. You get a written proposal with your options, your start date and how many days the job will take. Once you approve, we schedule it, the crew shows up when we say, and I check the work before we call it done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the trade about 8 years and started Gulf Coast Painting & More in 2022. We use Sherwin-Williams products only and follow their spec for prep and primers on Florida stucco and block. Our crew is trained on the same prep and finish standards on every job.
