I was desperately in a jam when another contractor left me hanging, and Ivan was SO QUICK, so professional, so easy to work with. I put out a call around 7pm in the evening for help, and he came the very next morning at 8am and handled not only everything I needed (fixed a leaking sink, painted a bunch of walls, disassembled my closet drawers, installed shelves) but also did extra work that I asked for on the spot (drywalled and spackled a ceiling opening, refinished my crawl space), all in LESS THAN A DAY. It was nothing short of a miracle, and now I can move into my new home without stress. I will definitely be hiring him again!!!

Had called Almazz inc for Installing the Govee lights, Install security cameras and do gutter cleaning. He recommended the right type of lights and came on time and finished the job even though it was raining a little. He is very knowledgeable and accommodating for changes or additional requests. His labor cost also was competitive. I will definitely work with him again for any other projects.
