- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based upon my knowledge- my expertise will prove to you that you get what you pay for. I have seen other people charge less and take more time which equals the same amount spent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the customer to set up the job and expectations is my typical process. Many times it is cut and dry and no instructions are needed. I have many clients that allow me to do work while they are up north.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been taught by people that have had extensive knowledge in their field. I was lucky to have known these people to have taught me everything I know!
