Home/business cleaning services are bid by job with size, configuration and frequency considerations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with customer at home before job to make sure we understand the customers needs and expectations. (no charge) We have found that it helps move the relationship along in a professional manner that leads to the satisfaction of both parties. This is not a required step and can be done without commitment from the customer that they will use us for their service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Erin has been providing cleaning services for over 15 years. Kevin has spent the last 25 years as an operations manager, managing large facilities before joining the company this year.
