- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I can do animal massage, trim nails, brush teeth and give dog baths
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always loved animals and have always wanted to work with them. In January 2013, a veterinarian I knew (didn't work for at the time) told me that if I wanted to start a pet sitting business, she would refer her clients to me. A couple weeks later I got my first client and it just grew from there.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all types of clients. I've sat for people with animals who were diabetic and needed insulin shots and for a cat who had kidney disease and needed fluids every other day. I've done stays for a couple days and for up to 5 weeks. I had clients I never saw. They would just email or text me when they needed me. I have taken care of rabbits, fish, cats and dogs.
