- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is very simple. We have a straight forward pricing guide and all work is agreed upon before any work is performed. We proudly support our military and appreciate their service. Therefore, we give all veterans and active duty military a 10% discount.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend continuing education classes every two years with other various seminars in between.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father is a licensed master plumber and after going with him on numerous plumbing jobs I found the trade to be interesting. I also knew it would be a way to support myself and a family one day.
