- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The $99 diagnostic fee will be waived if a customer approves the repair needed. Then just the agreed upon cost of repair will be due.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
11+ years of full appliance repair and service. Knowledgeable on all appliance types, brands, and models!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started off as an apprentice appliance repair technician at a very large company when I was 19.
