- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in a famous French Restaurant in Maine it was my grandmothers , and was in the family for over 75 years, the kitchen and old school cooking are in the veins.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
No what you want , finding it very hard to send out quotes, when the answers are not sure yet , be sure then shop around because there shouldn't be too many to choose from .
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We wish there were more food businesses that regarded the food in a better way , look , taste what you are serving . The other thing is that customers need to realize why there is a price difference , you get what you pay for.
