- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are reasonable and fair and we offer a discount for repeat customers. Typically 10% off weekly cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It typically starts with a message or a phone call, followed by going over the scope of work, and the type of cleaning that my client is requesting, followed by a walk-through on the date of service with before and after picture and a final walk-through with the client when we are done cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of cleaning, and OSHA 10hours Certifications on safety while working.
