- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the type of event, length of time, and equipment needed. All bookings include consultation, music, speakers, microphones, and setup/breakdown. Weddings and corporate events are typically priced higher because they require more preparation and coordination. We also offer optional add-ons such as MC services and lighting packages. Discounts may be available for weekday events or repeat clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick consultation to understand your event, music preferences, and any special requests. From there, we create a custom playlist, confirm details in writing, and handle all setup and sound checks on the day of the event so you can relax and enjoy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of experience in live performance, audio engineering, and music production through DJ Studio 37, the official studio of ARIA RECORDS. Our background in recording and mixing gives us a professional edge in sound quality and event execution.
