He arrived on schedule, performed a complete check of both my outside and inside units and did something I had never seen before- he used his wet-dry vac to completely clean out the water drain pipe that goes from my inside unit to the outside. Now I can be sure that the pipe is clean and will not back up. Jason also gave me excellent advice on how to solve my internet thermostat problem. I highly recommend him!!"See more
