going to see the job in person before setting price in stone (taking pictures,notes) find out what the customers main concern or goal is.

I got started doing this type of work when a friend of mine reached out to me about a cleaning company she was working for at that time needing some help because they were short staffed and unable to find someone reliable and that can handle the work load.
