- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge based on volume and number of heavy / large items. We can provide estimate online or over the phone with a few pictures of the items to be removed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer contacts us, we get a brief description of the items to be removed. Sometimes a picture over text or email is required for us to provide an estimate. The customer gives us a date and time they want their items removed and we arrive at the given date and time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years of experience moving furniture and household waste removal.
