Top tier was very helpful in dealing with flood damage. The entire team are professional and courteous. Christian was extremely patient as this was my first flood claim. He is still assisting me even though his services were paid in full. I still have not been paid in full for the damage that my home incurred during the flood. His team did both the restoration and build back.

Top Tier Restoration was working at a house next to mine after Hurricane Ian flooding. I watched his workers come in around 8 AM and work until 5:30 PM. Due to their work ethic, I asked them to remove my flood damaged floors, walls, furniture, etc. They were excellent. They gave a full day's work, were polite, and very experienced in their work. Due to the quality of their work, the next crew was able to come in and complete their repairs in 3 weeks' time. I would hire Top Tier again should the need arise.
