- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is upfront and transparent. Junk removal rates are based on the type and amount of items being removed, access to the items, and disposal requirements. We provide clear pricing before starting the job, so customers know what to expect. There are no hidden fees, and any changes to the scope of work are discussed in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by collecting details about the items that need to be removed, including location and access. After reviewing the information, we provide an estimate and schedule the service. On the day of removal, we arrive on time, confirm the scope of work, and complete the junk removal efficiently. A final walkthrough is done to ensure everything requested has been removed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of hands-on experience in junk removal, furniture and appliance haul-away, cleanouts, and heavy item removal. This includes training in safe lifting techniques, proper equipment use, and responsible disposal practices to protect both the property and the customer.
