- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is priced according to its acreage, terrain, vegetation density, accessibility, equipment requirements, disposal needs and desired timeline. Large commercial and multi-phase projects may qualify for volume-based pricing. We provide clear, detailed estimates so customers understand the scope and cost before work begins. Any potential mobilization, hauling, disposal or permit-related expenses are discussed upfront no surprise fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by discussing the property, project goals, acreage, timeline and intended use of the land. For larger commercial projects, we review available site plans and arrange an on-site evaluation. We then develop a recommended clearing strategy, determine the equipment and crew requirements and provide a detailed proposal. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling, mobilization and site access. Throughout the project, we maintain clear communication, monitor progress and confirm that the completed work meets the agreed specifications.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring 22 years of hands-on experience covering all aspects of land clearing, forestry mulching, vegetation management, tree and brush removal, site preparation and heavy-equipment operations. That experience includes evaluating difficult terrain, selecting the correct machinery and clearing methods, coordinating crews and completing demanding projects safely and efficiently. Our practical knowledge allows us to develop effective solutions for complex residential, agricultural, development and large-scale commercial properties.
