- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New-Customer Process Inquiry & Scheduling Contact us by phone or online to describe your issue. We’ll find an appointment that fits your schedule. Appointment Confirmation & Tracking You’ll receive a reminder the day before your visit. When your technician is dispatched, you’ll get a text with a link and GPS tracking so you know exactly when they’ll arrive. On-Site Visit & Diagnosis A $59 service fee covers travel, inspection, and on-site consultation. That fee is waived if you approve any repair or installation during the visit. Review & Approval We offer flat-rate pricing. Apply your 5% Military & Senior Discount (save up to $200). You decide exactly which services to authorize. Work Execution & Quality Check Our licensed, insured technician completes the approved work. We test everything to ensure it’s working perfectly. Completion & Payment We review the finished job with you. Pay by credit/debit card, check, or cash; financing is available on qualifying projects.

What education and training do our technicians have?
