Michael Voisine is very hardworking, diligent, skilled, respectful and humble. He explained everything I needed to understand what was going on in my house and how he would fix it. His knowledge and kindness stood out as an expectation for me. He was very careful and thorough in verifying from the moment he arrived until the job was done to ensure that no area of pipe leaking was left unchecked; and he solved the problem the same day.
The company overall is reasonably priced, they responded quickly to my request for service, within minutes I had an appointment and availability was within two days which was ideal for me. And they accept credit card payment method. I really liked that the company sent a text message before Michael arrived to check if I was available. And it was great for me that they sent me a picture and description of his profile before his arrival, this information is important to me.
