- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the level of service you need, with no hidden fees. We offer two clear options: Full Management: 20% of the rental fee. This is ideal for a completely hands-off experience. Partial Management: 15% of the rental fee. Perfect for property owners who want some involvement. There is also a fixed monthly management fee of $100 (20% option), which covers all marketing, supplies and management activities for your property or $150 (15% option) Marketing and Management activities only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be straightforward and clear, ensuring we are the right fit for your property management needs: Initial Phone Consultation: We start with a brief call to understand your needs and the current status of your property. On-Site Property Tour: We’ll schedule a visit to your property to provide recommendations and a personalized assessment. Agreement & Onboarding: If you decide to move forward, we’ll provide all necessary documentation electronically for a smooth and simple start. We aim to get your property listed and occupied as quickly as possible! 🏡
