The owner is a good guy, he gets the work done and keep in communication with you. The price is not bad either. He was able to complete my front and back yard is great timing. Where most would have complained about all the dog poop in the backyard he did not. The only thing I would have asked to be changed is the payment method. Cash or check in the world of technology means that I have to go to the bank every 2 weeks. I would definitely look into Cash App or PayPal.
