My pricing is transparent and straightforward, with no hidden fees. I offer competitive rates based on the specific service and job complexity. For larger or more complex projects, I provide a detailed estimate upfront so you know exactly what to expect. I occasionally offer discounts for repeat customers and referrals, as well as for senior citizens and veterans. Emergency services may have an additional fee depending on the time and urgency, but I always strive to provide affordable, high-quality plumbing solutions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by having a detailed conversation to understand the specific plumbing issue or project you're facing. I’ll ask a few questions to get the details I need to provide an accurate assessment. From there, I offer a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. Once we agree on the scope and pricing, I’ll schedule a time that works best for you. On the job day, I arrive on time, fully prepared with the tools and materials needed. I keep you informed throughout the process and ensure that the job is completed to your satisfaction before I leave. After the job is done, I follow up to ensure everything is working perfectly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 30 years of hands-on experience in residential plumbing, I’ve encountered and resolved a wide variety of plumbing issues. I learned the trade through years of practical experience, working alongside seasoned professionals who taught me the importance of quality workmanship and attention to detail. While I am not a licensed plumber, my extensive experience has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to handle any job, big or small, while ensuring everything is up to code and done right the first time.
