- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fixed pricing is the new paradigm. Entrepreneurs, startups, micro, and small businesses demand cost-certainty and value. My monthly fixed pricing offering is driven by business size, characteristics, and needs. You can find more information on the Pricing page at my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I endeavor to understand your business by not presuming I know your business better than you. During the free initial consultation, I listen to your needs and goals and agree upon deliverables and time frames. The on-boarding process includes reviewing your current accounting system, records, and/or tax situation and documents. The process that follows depends upon the deliverable or need, but generally I endeavor to "just handle it" while you and your team focus on growing your business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a CPA since 1995. I have worked with all manner and sizes of business entities. In addition to having broad and deep bookkeeping, accounting, and tax preparation experience, I also have extensive experience implementing and supporting mid-tier ERP systems and accounting software. I became a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor because I think Intuit has the best available lower-tier products with the most value and a robust feature combination for my target demographic.
