Valentina was very punctual. He had picked up the water heater that was to be installed and brought it to my home. He changed out the water heater in a relatively short amount of time, cleaned up after himself and took a check from me for the estimated cost. The cost was actually hundreds of dollars less than what Home Depot was going to charge for the same work. He told us that we would have hot water within 30 minutes after he left and it was. We were very happy with the work that had been done and the professionalism shown. We will use the same company in the future for any plumbing issues we have.

Thruwater was very responsive, on time, and did a great job installing our reverse osmosis system quickly. We love it. I did wish they had a brushed nickel mini-faucet to go with it, but there system only comes with a chrome one. It was only $35 to get a new faucet and it wasn’t hard to install myself so it’s all good.
