Manuel is very professional work on the pool motor installation. my old motor made noisy last week, I recognize to need to replace new one and hire appliance care solution do this Job. Manuel remove the old and replace new one and add ground wire and replace wire meet outdoor safety requirement. When our 2013 Bosch dishwasher displayed an error code on Monday, we did as Bosch suggested and learned that our out of warranty machine could be fixed in March by a local warranty service company. Instead, tired of washing dishes by hand, we contacted Manuel at Appliance Care Solutions. He arrived Tuesday, quickly diagnosed the issue, picked up the necessary Bosch part Wednesday, and installed it Thursday. He explained everything he did as he worked on the problem, even taking photographs as he went. We have a working dishwasher and a new service friend for life. We will be using him again for our other appliances and even our pool lighting and pump. Thank you for friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable service, Manuel!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our call service fee is $50 and for this value you will get a technician's visit to your address, the checkup and diagnosis of your appliance and the estimated budget for its repair.
If you approve to do the repair with us, the value of the diagnostic visit will be considered in advance of the payment of the estimated budget, otherwise it is not a refundable value.
This value must be previously paid to the company for the confirmation of the appointment and the scheduling of the technician.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The new client, before scheduling, must be sure that he requires our service because thumbtack generates charges only for the contact message when an appointment is scheduled. You can send us a text message to coordinate your appointment and obtain the payment information, or you can schedule directly and After scheduling, the customer must contact us at the phone number to receive the payment information of $50 for confirmation of the appointment with the technician .
