Igor and Orlando Appliace Master are GREAT! First, they responded immediately on a Saturday afternoon and scheduled me for 10:00 AM the next day.
Great Communications and Coordination to understand the problem with my refrigerator including the commitment to show up with the right part(compressor).
Igor showed up on time and quickly tested and confirmed the problem and immediately began work to replace the compressor.
Igor was very knowledgeable, professional, worked diligently, and completed the repair in two hours. Igor was very personable and explained the warranty as well as committed to return promptly if anything were to happen with the part or installation.
Every aspect of my experience was handled with absolute professionalism and expertise that would satisfy and please anyone.
Orlando Appliance Master did not charge me for an expedited weekend appointment nor a separate trip charge and the total charge was less than other quotes from local technicians who could not come until 3 days later.
These guys know how to deliver the best customer service and overall experience! I strongly recommend Orlando Appliance Master! 10 Stars !!!

Igor provided a competitive bid price in less than 10 minutes and arrived on time only 3 hours after I accepted the bid.
My antique 25 yo. Kenmore refrigerator needed a new compressor and condenser fan motor and Igor was happy to repair with antique OEM/USA made parts I located on EBAY.
Igor actually under bid the cost of the job expecting to complete in 3 hours and due to the age of my unit, older non-standard refrigerant fittings, and cramped compartment space, the repair dragged on for almost 4.5 hours. He also endured me watching the entire repair and asking questions.
I was impressed with his extensive set of tools and that he knew where every tool was in his tool bags and never spent more than 30 seconds reaching for the proper tool every time. Very knowledgeable and well organized.
Igor pressure steam cleaned the freezer drain line for FREE as it was not included in the initial bid price and did not ask for an additional fee.
The fridge is running great now!
