They were able to meet and surpass quotes given by other companies, as well as add little touches that made it a no brainer to choose them for our bathroom renovations. Charles was prompt in reaching out and being able to stop by to see what work needed to be done.Elliot and Tom did an amazing job with the bath tub and sink install. As well as the plumbing repair that needed to be done. There were some added repairs that needed to be done, to which they were quickly able to resolve. They took great care of cleaning up each day as well as while they were working. Which greatly helped since we have twin 10 month olds at home. The babies love their new bathtub.Charles was able to work with us and even added little touches that we werent expecting. He met the babies when he first came over. So it was an unexpected and thoughtful surprise when we got a baby care package in the mail. If we had to do the whole thing over, we would still got with Build Serve, Charles and his team over and over again. And if we ever need another renovations done, we know who to reach out to.
