JUNA PULAYYA helped me out when i need it the most. I was having problems with the mother of my child . She wasnt let me see my daughter and was trying to raise my child support. My friend referred me to JUNA PULAYYA telling me he help him out with his custody case and won. So i called JUNA PULAYYA we met up and discuss my case . And he got right to work showing results fast. He wasnt all about the money he actually cared as if he was a family member or friend wich we actually became friends .we ended up WINNING the case . The mother of my child only wanted me to see my daughter every other weekend . The judge ended up giving 50/50 custody and letting me claim her on taxes child support was dropped . Choosing JUNA PULAYYA as my lawyer was the best thing i did for me and my family he knew how much i love my daughter and he faught for me and my family and im so gratefull we won the case and thank god every day....

Mr. Pulayya helped me through my divorce proceedings and he was nothing short of amazing. From the first meeting until the end for the entire ordeal, Mr. Pulayya was empathetic, helpful, and treated me like family. In the first meeting we had he sat with me and explained to me the entire process in great detail. He set expectations and what his action plan was going to be. He was always available to take calls and never once left me uninformed of what was going on with my case. We met before mediation and he explained to me the process and went over with me expectations and the action plan. That really set me at ease. When mediation came around I was confident we were going to reach an equitable solution and we definitely did. During the entire mediation, Mr. Pulayya always reminded me that we wouldn't give up until I was completely happy with the results and he definitely delivered on that promise. After mediation he kept in touch with me and let me know every detail of the post mediation proceedings and even called me to let me know it was officially over. Even after the fact, he kept in touch and helped me make sure I filed the proper paperwork to get my ex-wife's name off of the deed for my house and even offered to be there to help me through the process. To make a long story short, if you want someone to treat your situation like it was their own and not be treated like another number, please contact Mr. Pulayya. You will not be dissapointed you did.

Juna helped me with my child support case a few months back. His communication was great, & he made sure I was aware of all of my options. He was supportive of me furthering my education outside of my case, & once we were in mediation he came prepared & I received everything I asked for. I highly recommend him, he's amazing!

I hired Juna for my child support case, he really knows what he is doing and is truly interested in what is best for you and your family. He got me what I wanted and much more. Couldn't have asked for a better lawyer. He is very knowledgeable and is very quick in responding to you. I mean quick. If I ever need a lawyer for child support again, he is number 1 in my book. I would recommend Jim in a heartbeat!

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new client at JMP Law, P.A., the goal is always to try and make you feel at ease as we actively listen to your situation and begin to gather relevant facts and information so that we may provide you with the most appropriate advice moving forward. The fact gathering process in the beginning is key to creating a plan of action moving forward, but while engaging in this process, we want to make sure during that first meeting, and all meetings after, we are empathizing with our client's current situation while providing the guidance as we proceed.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

At JMP Law, P.A. we have represented clients through all facets of life. We have represented males, females, clients of various ages, religions and ethnicities, and clients of various economic positions. The key for us is looking at the facts of the case, the given client's specific circumstances and forming a plan of action.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please make sure you are able to speak to an attorney about your case throughout the whole process. There are many times when a client may think they are speaking to an attorney or believe an attorney is working on their case but that may not be true. If you do not know who is working on your case that may not be a good sign. You have a right to ask and a right to know.
