FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client at JMP Law, P.A., the goal is always to try and make you feel at ease as we actively listen to your situation and begin to gather relevant facts and information so that we may provide you with the most appropriate advice moving forward. The fact gathering process in the beginning is key to creating a plan of action moving forward, but while engaging in this process, we want to make sure during that first meeting, and all meetings after, we are empathizing with our client's current situation while providing the guidance as we proceed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
At JMP Law, P.A. we have represented clients through all facets of life. We have represented males, females, clients of various ages, religions and ethnicities, and clients of various economic positions. The key for us is looking at the facts of the case, the given client's specific circumstances and forming a plan of action.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please make sure you are able to speak to an attorney about your case throughout the whole process. There are many times when a client may think they are speaking to an attorney or believe an attorney is working on their case but that may not be true. If you do not know who is working on your case that may not be a good sign. You have a right to ask and a right to know.
