- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We ensure competitive pricing for the high-quality products and services we provide. One thing I can assure you of is that you will NEVER experience unnecessary price hikes or upselling for any of our products. The only instance where we might discuss additional options is if you, as our valued client, express an interest in exploring them further.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we establish a connection, we're pleased to communicate through the channel that best suits our client. This could be over the phone, via text, email, video chat, or any preferred method. Ideally, we kindly request pictures or videos of the area to help us grasp the project's scope more comprehensively. Following these initial steps, we're more than happy to arrange a convenient time for both our clients and our schedule. This way, one of our skilled technicians, or even myself, can visit for an in-home measurement, a crucial phase for your Project. During the technician's visit, their role extends beyond mere measurements. They'll be available to address any queries you might have regarding your project. Whether it's a brand-new Custom Frameless Shower Door or a Custom Mirror for your bathroom or household, they'll provide a price estimate before leaving your premises. Our aim is to ensure minimal waiting time and to instill the confidence that you've made the right choice. Once we've completed these preliminary steps and you're ready to move forward, we kindly request a 50% deposit based on the technician's provided quote. This deposit allows us to proceed with ordering your Glass. Our timeline encompasses the entire process from commencement to completion. Commencement begins when the deposit is submitted and the custom product is ordered on that very day. The process culminates in the Finish phase when our Technicians successfully install your product. The overall timeframe from Commencement to Finish is typically around 2 weeks. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I underwent a rigorous training and accumulated years of experience with the same Glass Company, a longstanding establishment that had thrived for roughly 30 years. I commenced my journey by sweeping floors, gradually ascending the ladder to the installation department. Here, I had the privilege of receiving training from the industry's finest, including an individual who continues to contribute to the company to this day.
