- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Competitively priced for the Products and Service we offer. One thing I can GUARANTEE is that you will NEVER be up-charged or up-sold on any of our products, unless you, the Client, would like to hear more about the options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. After connecting we are happy to use any means of contact that best suits our clients. Whether that is via phone, text, email, video chat, etc. 2. Preferably we would like to have some pictures or videos of the space in order to get a better idea of the scope of work. 3. Following the first two steps, we would be happy to set up a time that best suits our clients and our schedule to get one of our experienced technicians (or even myself) to come do and in-home measurement for your Project. 4. While the technician is there, he will NOT just be doing the measurements and leaving, he will be there to answer any questions you may have regarding your project. Whether the project is a New Custom Frameless Shower Door, or a New Custom Mirror for the bathroom or household. They will also give you a price prior to leaving the home to ensure that there is little to NO wait time to get a price! Our goal is to make you feel confident and happy that you made the right decision. 5. Once we have taken the prior steps, and you’re ready to make the decision, we require a 50% deposit of the price given by the technician so that we may order your Glass! 6. From start to finish. START being from when the deposit is given and custom product is ordered THAT DAY, to FINISH, when your product is Installed by our Technicians. 7. In total from START to FINISH the timeframe is typically 2 weeks!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained and worked for 7 years for the same Glass Company that was in business for 30 years. I started sweeping floors and worked my way up to installation where I was trained by the best. One of which works for my company today.
