- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have worked with a wide variety of pet owners, including busy professionals, families, seniors, first-time pet owners, and clients with multiple pets. We also have experience working with puppies, senior pets, anxious pets, and pets that are more comfortable receiving one-on-one attention in a mobile grooming environment. Our goal is to provide a safe, stress-free, and personalized grooming experience for every pet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we first gather information about the pet’s breed, size, age, temperament, coat condition, and grooming needs. We then schedule a convenient appointment, arrive fully equipped in our mobile grooming salon, and provide personalized one-on-one care. After the service, we review the results with the owner and discuss any recommendations for future grooming maintenance
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive hands-on experience in pet grooming, animal handling, and customer care. We continuously stay updated on grooming techniques, breed-specific cuts, safety procedures, and pet wellness to provide the highest quality service for every pet.
