Reasonable pricing. No surprise fees, any problem that may arise, will be discussed before work done.

Meet the customer, discuss what they're expectations are for the work. Then give them the options they have.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I worked with customers who know nothing about air conditioning to customers who used to do air conditioning.
