- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with listening. We always begin by understanding the customer’s problem, the symptoms they are experiencing, and the history of their AC system. From there, we schedule a convenient time to visit the property and perform a full diagnostic. Because we are a family-owned company, honesty and transparency are at the center of everything we do. After our inspection, we clearly explain the issue, show our findings, and present all possible solutions — whether it’s a repair, maintenance, ductwork improvement, or a complete system replacement. Once the customer approves the service, we complete the work efficiently and professionally, and we follow up afterward to make sure everything is running perfectly.
