Hilda was extremely knowledgeable about the air duct work that I wanted to have done. She gave me an excellent price and did it really quickly. We ended up adding more work and I couldn't be happier. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on the square footage of the home. How many ducts exist. Or in many cases it's a new house getting build and requiring new install of ductwork.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a walk thru with the customer and make sure they understand what the job entails breaking it down so that its understood at all levels. 9-10 customers appreciate the fact that we explain the process step by step.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I (Hilda) went to hvac school got my hands on training at school and on the field. Every customers home is different but all the ducts connect the same. I have obtained my EPA certification.
