FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the issue, but I keep everything upfront and fair. I charge a $75 diagnostic fee to come out, diagnose the problem, and explain what’s going on. I’ll always go over your options and pricing before doing any work, so there are no surprises. For system replacements or larger jobs, I offer free estimates and can go over different options based on your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually it starts with a call or message to go over what’s going on. I’ll schedule a time to come out, diagnose the issue, and explain exactly what I find. From there, I’ll give you your options and pricing before doing any work. If you decide to move forward, I handle the repair or service and make sure everything is running properly before I leave. For bigger jobs like system replacements, I’ll go over different options and help you choose what makes the most sense for your home and budget.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in HVAC working with my father, who owns his own HVAC business. He taught me everything hands-on, including how to be honest with customers and focus on finding the best solutions for them. Since then, I’ve been in the field for about 10 years, gaining experience working on all types of systems and situations.
