Erik exceeded expectations. He worked quickly to methodically find the issue with the arc fault circuit. It turns out that it wasn't the breaker but a short circuit that blew a vanity and shower light. He replaced both. Arc fault circuits are tricky stuff, and he worked until he found the real issue. I also had a bad GFI, which he replaced and a gas stove ignitor. What a talent! Thanks.

We had black mold in our A/C system and very dirty duct works through the house. Erik got everything cleaned up quick and did a thorough job, cleaning areas in the system I hadn’t even thought of checking. The air smelled so fresh after!

Showed up initially in timely manner and seemed professional. Just moved to the area so we gave him a shot. He provided a quote ahead of time for entire scope and he would procure materials as a part of quote. We had several areas that needed work which almost all were not done correctly or had issues shortly there after. Installation of ceiling fans- only 3/4 work, master does work and had to have electrician reinstall. Clean gutters and fence- only half the gutters were done, fence was the only area done right. Stain stairwell banister- there is stain on the white posts as well as the walls that was not cleaned up Repair pool roof overhang- I don’t even know if he did anything because it’s leaking worse than before. Repair patio door screen- ripped off by a basic Florida storm within weeks.
