- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father is a Caribbean chef. He taught me early on that everything we do in life should be done from the heart. So when anyone eats the meals I prepare they are receiving my passion for cooking.

I provide personal chef service, meal prepping and small catering events.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A client requested a Caribbean spread of Oxtails as the main part of the dish and it was a major compliment to know that they were pleased by the authentic taste and flavor of a favorite of theirs.
