Kendrick and the entire TLG team have been phenomenal to work with!
I was in a time crunch after letting go of a previous cleaning company and was wanting to build a long lasting relationship with one cleaner for our ongoing needs. I trialed a few different companies, but after using TLG, I knew they would be the ones.
We threw them some curveballs with cleaning our 6 bed/6 bath 3k+ sqft rental property with back to back check out and check in days and they have executed wonderfully. One particular thing I was looking for in a cleaning team was attention to detail and not missing the little things like hairs, food crumbs, dust bunnies, but especially hairs!!
This team has gone above and beyond to not only meet, but continue to exceed my expectations, brining in new cleaning tools to ensure the job is done right, every time.
Since then, they’ve cleaned several times and have truly made my job as owner and property manager, that much easier.
Kendrick never misses a beat with communication. They are incredibly tech forward, with all of their processes streamlined and easy to access.
