I can not say enough good things about this designer!
My experience with Karah was beyond my expectations. I asked her to design a logo for a start up business and she was extremely professional and easy to work with. I had communicated with many other freelance designers about this project, but was not comfortable with any of them because they were not able to answer my up-front questions as well as Karah was, or they would refuse to do so before being a hefty retainer! Karah was very patient with all my requests for revisions, etc. She contributed a lot of ideas that made the design much better, and even made some revisions without waiting for me to request them because she thought it would improve the look of the logo.
Karah's creativity and great design instincts produced an end result that I thought was the perfect logo. I will definitely refer her to anyone and keep her in mind for any future projects I may have.

Karah did an excellent job of designing our new company logo. She spent time to understand our wants and needs, she was very responsive, and her work was delivered in a very timely fashion. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The creative process is different depending on what the client and I are working on, but generally, I start by getting to know the customer and discovering their specific needs and vision. Together we agree on a direction, and then I put the design process into motion. I communicate with the client along the way to ensure we are on the same page, and that my client gets an excellent result!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Visual Communications and over 20 years of both in-house and freelance experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've honestly been designing since 5th grade. It started with creating a family cookbook at the ripe old age of 11, and went on from there to high school newspaper and yearbook to college, to a 20 year career in the industry with hundreds of happy clients along the way!
