I am absolutely thrilled about my experience with Alex - he literally came to my rescue after a handyman I worked with before him created actual property damage in my rental apartment. I gave him a long list of tasks to complete and he completed them all with a level of professionalism and attention to detail that I deeply appreciated.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking for a short description and photos of the project. I review the work, clarify any questions, and provide pricing whenever possible before the appointment. I arrive with the necessary tools, confirm the scope with the customer, complete the work carefully, clean the area, and perform a final check before leaving.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Information Systems and graduate-level education in Artificial Intelligence, which gives me a strong technical background for smart-home, electronics, Wi-Fi, cameras, and connected devices. I also have many years of hands-on experience with repairs, installations, furniture assembly, maintenance, troubleshooting, and home improvement projects
