My racing simulator machine was down and I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it to save my life. Anthony called as promised this morning to inquire about our HP printer problem and discuss it with us. Our discussion with him was enlightening as well as enjoyable. He listened to us describe the symptoms of the printer, and then informed us of several possible causes, and explained each possibility so that we could understand them. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable, and great at making sure we understood everything. He was patient listening to us, and very courteous and professional. Our conversation with him was extremely valuable, as we learned a lot about our printer we didn't know or understand before.
