I had an HP laptop with a cracked screen i bought over 3 years ago. I brought to best buy and they told me that it was not able to be fix and tried to get me to buy a new pc. Before i took that expansive leap i got in contact with Jamie through Thumbtack, he told me to bring in my laptop to get a Diagnostic for FREE! After taking a look at it he gave me the price of a new screen and also some recommendations on how to make my laptop run faster which was half the price of a new one. I left my laptop with his hands on Monday afternoon and by Thursday afternoon i got a call that my laptop was ready for pick up. The turn around period was so quick, I thought that i would be without a computer for at least 2 weeks and now it even runs faster than when i first bought it. This guy knows his stuff and actually cares about his customers not like these retail stores that are out for my money. I will defintly be bringing him my other products.

My phone fell and the screen and digitizer broke in the process, i have a landscaping business and i need my phone to operate my business, left it with Jamie over night after explaining my situation to him, it was fixed and working perfectly within 24 hours since he luckily had the parts in stock.

Jamie helped me out big time with my laptop screen replacement. He got the parts in quickly and did the work at a great price! I had my laptop back very quickly. I was also impressed with the quality of work, the computer looks like it's new. You'd never be able to tell it was falling apart just a few days ago. He also repairs cellphones and other electronics but I haven't used those services yet. I have an older iPhone with a cracked screen that I'll probably take in for a repair. Hopefully I'll be able to write another review once that's done.

I dropped my iPhone and the screen cracked. I looked around and most placed wanted a few hundred dollars, and they needed to keep the phone for several days. I found Smart Guys Repairs on here and called and spoke to Jamie. He had me bring my phone in the next morning, I dropped it off for the day and was able to pick it up that evening...completely fixed in the same day for $100! Thank you Jamie, and Smart Guys Repairs for fixing my phone fast and not ripping me off!!!
