Chris was amazing, I had an issue with my work set up, reached out at 1:00 am and he was at my house by 9:00 am. I have been trying to solve computer issues for more than six months!! And NO ONE and nothing done has been successful - until Chris Polk, I.T. Solutions! Blessedly, he had the time available to do an in-home visit the same day. He arrived on time, was very personable, patient (technology hates me), and mega experienced. He explained what he was doing and made sure that how it worked was noted in writing for me. Whatever I said was an issue; he attacked and solved it. He even stayed on the phone with GoDaddy and gave them the "try this, try that" before they even asked him to do it! Best, he verified (they agreed) that it (one of the big problems) was a GoDaddy issue and stayed on it until it was escalated (confirmed). Obviously, I would give him 10 stars if I could! His pricing is fair and truly well-earned!! Thank you, thank you, Chris!!! A huge burden lifted!!
