The technician who came out to service my HP was fantastic.
My issue is that SOS quoted fee at $115.00. Technician address the issue. Corrected it with no need for any parts and was gone within 30 minutes but SOS charged me $270.00.
Obviously their estimates/quotes are worthless.

Caught a computer virus that disabled my machine. Shawn and team responded fast and solved the problem fast, ending the crisis.
