- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a "Friends, Family, and Associates" rebate program. We show our gratitude in a way that provides value. Any existing customer who refers a new customer to us who pays for a service will receive a $10 cash referral bonus for that new customer's first service. There is no limit to the number of referral bonuses. Referral bonuses will be paid immediately upon the completion of the referred customer's service and payment. Referred customer's service must be paid for before the end of the promotion period on March 31, 2020. There's no gimmick, no strings attached... It's $10 cash that goes in your pocket so spread the word and make sure they tell us that you referred them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After identifying your need, we will need to decide if it is an issue that can be addressed remotely over the internet or if it is something that has to be done in person, and if you will come to our office or we will come to you. That affects the time required to perform the work, scheduling, and the cost. Then we'll discuss the problem, what options I can recommend, and what is involved in the scope of work. From there we will make sure that we both have a clear understanding and that's when the magic starts...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is far too much to be able to describe here. I have dedicated my entire life to the information technology industry and it is part of who I am. Everyday I continue to research and develop new ways to use technology and continue to stay up to date with the ever evolving world of computers and gadgets.
