Easiest and fastest computer repair I’ve ever had. I wasn’t aware of how many or how long my computer was infected until it was completely taken over. Myself being someone that knows practically nothing about computers was really nervous when it came to finding someone to work on mine since I didn’t want to be taken advantage of, I wish more businesses were like this one. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable while they kept me informed every step along the way towards fixing my gaming computer. Even when they were fairly certain they found the problem, they’d still rule out every other possibility as to be certain of the issue before I spent any money on a replacement part which they also put in time and effort to help me find not only a replacement guaranteed to work with my setup, but the one that would give me the best bang for my buck as well. David has done an enormous amount of work for our AOK Scholars program that helps foster kids overcome barriers to achieving success in college. He assists us with repairs of scholar laptops when there are viruses, performance issues, hardware issues, or broken screens. He also refurbishes our donated laptops so that they can be given to scholars in need of a computer. And he has created our AOK Management System ("AMI"), which is a custom Windows program with a database that gives us an easy to use interface to manage our staff as well as our scholars and funding. From my many years of experience of David's work, I would definitely recommend him to both consumers and companies. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have a "Friends, Family, and Associates" rebate program. We show our gratitude in a way that provides value. Any existing customer who refers a new customer to us who pays for a service will receive a $10 cash referral bonus for that new customer's first service. There is no limit to the number of referral bonuses. Referral bonuses will be paid immediately upon the completion of the referred customer's service and payment. Referred customer's service must be paid for before the end of the promotion period on March 31, 2020. There's no gimmick, no strings attached... It's $10 cash that goes in your pocket so spread the word and make sure they tell us that you referred them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After identifying your need, we will need to decide if it is an issue that can be addressed remotely over the internet or if it is something that has to be done in person, and if you will come to our office or we will come to you. That affects the time required to perform the work, scheduling, and the cost. Then we'll discuss the problem, what options I can recommend, and what is involved in the scope of work. From there we will make sure that we both have a clear understanding and that's when the magic starts...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?There is far too much to be able to describe here. I have dedicated my entire life to the information technology industry and it is part of who I am. Everyday I continue to research and develop new ways to use technology and continue to stay up to date with the ever evolving world of computers and gadgets.
