absolutely LOVE the work H Countertops did ! Sean was amazing to work with and put any concerns i had to rest . i bought a slab site unseen which gave me immense stress because i'm in control freak, Sean was able to confirm it was exactly what I thought it was, And sent me several videos to make sure I liked what I saw. he helped me pick out my sink and even bring it into my house ! truly a gent. JC and his crew were phenomenal. so polite, careful around my custom pain and cabinets and super fast! i would absolutely recommend the them to anyone, and will be passing along their info to anyone I know redoing a kitchen or bath! thanks again for all of your hard work!

I had an outstanding experience with the entire team at H Countertops. Sean was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. I shopped around and received several estimates—while they weren’t the least expensive, they were also not the most expensive either. I made my decision because Sean was by far the best communicator. He followed up appropriately, respected my need to do my research, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. He talked me through what to look for and ask with other companies and earned my trust in the process.
Paul was also wonderful to work with. He was professional, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond—he cut down my bar to make it level with the countertop and sink, tested everything thoroughly, installed the plumbing and float switch, ensured the new sink and disposal were functioning perfectly, and cleaned up completely afterward.
Maria and the hard working installation crew were courteous, respectful, and treated my home as if it were their own. They cleaned as they went, paid attention to every detail, and their craftsmanship was excellent.
Overall, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend H Countertops and it is obvious why they’re so highly regarded on thumbtack. (Backsplash pending but included a couple photos for reference)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on a fixed price per square foot and is dependent on the scope of the job. An average size job will run between $30-$50 sq. ft. but we recommend that you schedule a time to meet and see the project in person to get a clear perspective. All the details are between the lines, so we take the extra time to meet in person versus providing a "ball-park" quote over the phone. We also bring samples or you can visit our sister warehouse's to view additional colors and full slabs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with scheduling a convenient day to come to the home and discuss the project further. We carry samples with us and also have multiple yards that are located throughout central Florida for your convenience. Once you determine the final color choice, we will put together a proposal for your new countertops. When you are ready to proceed, we come out a second time to take the exact cut measurements for us to fabricate at our shop. Finally, when the countertops are all cut and fabricated, we then schedule the installation which is typically completed in one day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the granite industry since 2005 where I started out in sales and learned everything about material and installation practices. In addition, I trained on each aspect from templeting, cutting, fabricating including sink cut outs, polishing and routing edge profiles to installing. I have completed over 2,000 installations from start to finish and will make the process as smooth as possible for you.
