Kaamilah was so terrific. Her instructional approach was spot on. She is very patient and kind. I did not know what to expect with it being on Zoom and not in a studio, but was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend her!

KC Cleaning Crew responded promptly and arrived relatively on time. Upon arrival to my home after a brief inspection many things had been left dirty. Kitchen and bathroom countertops left sticky, side/coffee/night stands were left with visible water rings and particles. The entire house floor had visible dust, hair, and particles which leads me to believe it was not vacuumed nor mopped. Shower/tub was left dirty with visible soap scum on the walls and door. Etc. I messaged KC Cleaning Crew right away about the issues and am awaiting a response. As of right now I say don't hire unless you have time to clean the whole house yourself before company comes over.

Sheyla Martinez You reached out after business hours and didn't give us a chance to respond. I'm sorry you weren't satisfied with your cleaning 😕 but I also have video and pictures of when I arrived and when I left. The floor was definitely vacuumed and couldn't be sticky cause we use a steam cleaner to mop and a shark pro advance to vacuum your floors . Laundry is an add on service so if there are clothes there then we don't move them , I had no clue weather they where Clean or dirty or where to place them. Your toilets where wiped down top to bottom and the walls around them where also whipped. I am willing to come out while you are there to fix the things you mentioned minus the clothes but not paying is not an option and illegal. Thanks!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    To confirm booking a refundable 25% deposit is required. The remaining balance is to be paid at 8am the day of service or when pro arrives. Deposit is refundable if cancelation is made 72 hr before scheduled cleaning. Customers are allowed to reschedule there cleaning 1 time and must be rescheduled within 30 days .

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Before entering your home or business cleaning crew will wear masks and body cam. Once in the home cleaning crew will then take a walk through and disinfect home before beginning your service. Once cleaning services is completed crew members will give you an option of traditional sanitizing or covid fogging treatment we will then sanitize entire home as we exit . Video will be kept on file for up to 30 days. The benefits of body cam is we can ensure the safety of your home while holding each employee accountable. You & our employees can feel safe while we are in your home and safety is our first priority!
