FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial retainer is based on the client's specific issues that need to be addressed. The more simplified the matter, the lower the costs, as the retainer is billed against per the attorney's hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always offer a free initial (up to 15 minutes) consultation to all clients. During this consultation I will ask specific questions in order to assess the situation and determine what specific action needs to be taken to resolve the matter. I will provide information based on my years of experience in litigating family law matters, and based on my research in the area as well. At the conclusion of the consultation I will provide all prospective clients with an initial retainer fee as to what costs should be expected if they choose to move forward with my firm.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my Juris Doctor in 2009, and my Bachelor of Arts in 2005.
