- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing for an event of 175 people or less for 4 hours is as follows: $500 - Weddings and Bar/Bat Mitzvahs $300 - Special events such as birthday parties, school parties, corporate events etc. $150 - Club/Bar where audio system is provided, If no audio system is provided the price is the same as special events. All prices are for a single DJ entertainer for 4 hours. Prices will change based on additional services, time or any discounts made available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is find out what the customer has in mind for their event or party. What type of atmosphere they are looking to create. They type of energy and vibe they want. After that we discuss what solutions I can provide and the cost of my services. Once that is worked out, a contract is sent out. After the contract has been agreed to, I then send my worksheet which is designed to walk the customer through a typical event type as well as provide music request section. After I recieve the worksheets back I go over it and ask for clarification on any questions I have. At the event, I arrive in time to get any equipment setup and ready for the event. If it is a catered event I will talk with the caterer as well as any other vendors to make sure we are working together as a team. And then we party and have a great time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years experience doing almost every type of event. I have been the entertainment at hundreds of weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, corporate events, and school events. I have played on the radio, and have been the resident DJ for several nightclubs and bars. My diversity allows me to play for almost any audience,
