- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer different packages for different types of events. Some events require more detail and attention and more services than other. Also, events we do offer Day of Coordination for Weddings, Quinceañeras and Sweet Sixteens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once approached for a quote. I always try to get together with the customer for a consultation, listen to the client and see what other details we can assist you with before the event. Then until the day of the event; continue with constant communication with my client to assure that everything is covered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I became a DJ at the age of 16 (1998) playing at house parties. Went to College from to 2002-2004 and graduated with a certificate in Sound Reinforcement and Stage Lighting from Allegro Music College in San juan, Puerto Rico.
