- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all-inclusive and reflects a premium, convenience-based mobile service. We don't have hidden fees—the price depends on your pet's breed, size, and coat condition. Since we come to your driveway in a state-of-the-art van, our rates are higher than a traditional salon drop-off, but you save hours of travel and waiting time. We occasionally offer seasonal promotions for new clients!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's very simple! We start by asking a few details about your pet (breed, weight, age) and your location to ensure you’re in our service area. Once we give you a quote and find a time that works, we book your slot. On the day of the appointment, our groomer arrives at your home, meets you and your pup, discusses your styling preferences, and then takes care of everything right in the van.

Our team consists of professional groomers with years of hands-on experience handling various breeds and temperaments. We prioritize safety and ongoing education on the latest grooming techniques, skin care products, and compassionate handling to ensure a stress-free experience for every pet.
